Diane Johnson

Diane Johnson began her career in high tech over 20 years ago. Her varied career includes business development; recruiting; career transition counseling; training program management, development and delivery; consulting business management; the management of multi-functional work teams; account management and customer service. Diane has developed an exceptional background in people and project management and a professional style based on excellent inter-personal communications and an ability to make the best possible use of her personal network.

In 1996, Diane became an entrepreneur and established her company, Sellutions Inc, which provides sales and marketing training and consulting, including recruiting and sales operations support. She has worked with a wide variety of customers who have provided some excellent testimonials to her expertise and ability to create and deliver high quality training programs. Previously, she worked in a variety of Professional Services and Telecommunications companies, including Bell and AT&T Canada.

Diane has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Carleton University in English and Art History. In 2004, she completed her Canadian Management Professional certification at the Institute of Professional Managers and completed her Professional Recruiter designation in 2007. Diane is listed in the 2000 edition of International Who’s Who of Professionals and the winner of the Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award for Customer Service in 2002 and the Chamber’s Certificate of Appreciation in 2003. She is a part-time professor in the Sales Certification Program at Carleton University and is in her 7th year on the Management and Marketing Advisory Committee of Algonquin College. She is Vice Chair for the Ottawa Chapter of the Canadian Professional Sales Association and an active member of the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce, and the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation (OCRI). In the past, she has held positions on the Boards of the Greater Nepean Chamber of Commerce, the Association for Services Management International, Canadian Telecommunications Consultants Association, and Business Networks International.
