Our client, a successful eastern Ontario manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. The position reports to the President and is a key part of their impressive senior leadership team.



Core Responsibilities:

Lead departmental/organizational HR activities and collaboratively develop and implement programs that align with corporate business objectives.

Champion and support employee initiatives and priorities.

Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusivity and open communication.

Implement policies, procedures, as well as oversee ongoing training and development.

Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.

Provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to employees and leadership teams.



The Ideal Candidate:

Proven Human Resources leadership experience in a non-union manufacturing site.

Diploma or Degree and 8+ years’ experience - CHRL designation an asset.

A strategic, business focused team player with excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation and regulations.

A professional with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization. A respected coach and mentor.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 + Bonus
