Maintenance Supervisor

Our client, a successful mid-sized manufacturing company, has an immediate career opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor. A 24/7 non-union operation with long tenured employees. Join a collaborative, established team in a company with enviable leadership. Competitive salary and bonus.

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee all plant equipment plus implementation of predictive and preventative procedures

Supervise all maintenance employees and contractors

Manage the maintenance department budget

Ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements

Direct installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems, including new drawings, wiring schematics and programming of control systems

Involved in design and implementation of equipment modifications

Contact person with vendors for pricing and other processes through a SAP system

Provide assistance to mechanics, electricians, and engineers with diagnosis and repair of mechanical problems

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

10 years of progressive management experience with highly functioning teams

Relevant Engineering degree or diploma or advanced trade certificate

A strong focus on employees, safety, and quality

Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead project initiatives

An adaptable, collaborative, respectful, hands-on Supervisor who enjoys solving problems, implementing solutions, and managing a safe productive environment.
