Program Administrative Officer,

The Collaborative Care Centre and Research and Education in Developmental Disabilities (CCCaRE-DD) Team is a specialized,
interprofessional service and teaching program concerned with the complex health and mental health needs of children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Reporting to the Program leadership team, the Administrative Officer, will provide support to the leadership team, support and assist, patients and families, caregivers, program staff, facilities and administrative staff in other programs, departments and partner organizations.

A compassionate, team member, expert in their individual support role and adept at building strong and lasting relationships with DDTT staff, partners, and stakeholders.

An accurate and effective communicator, thoughtful, articulate, and empathetic; with a track record for constructive problem solving through personal initiative, by listening, observing, and sharing needed information and ideas, in real time.

A skilled associate, mission-focused, and results-oriented, who enjoys working with, and can anticipate the needs of others, exhibits outstanding attention to detail, organization and time management skills.

A team player who demonstrates a high level of integrity, accountability, sound analytical thinking, able to adapt to changing circumstances and join in addressing immediate organizational needs.

Adept at organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents, attending to the logistics of meetings and acting as Secretary.

Possesses excellent planning, prioritization, and execution skills, experienced in providing support to, attending meetings, acting as the liaison for organizational events and activities in a program start-up.

Demonstrated experience and understanding of project budgeting, Invoice management, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Holds a post-secondary degree, with a minimum of five years’ community service or related experience.

Bilingual (French/English) and prior exposure to MCCSS funding requirements and reporting ideal.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; experienced in creating a wide range of communications products, including emails, reports, minutes, agendas, and other documents.
