IT/IM System Administrator

Join a dynamic loyal health care organization serving the South East region, with over 500 staff and volunteers. As System Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and technical support of diverse hardware and software systems. You will primarily support a Windows environment, ensuring security, reliability, and excellent customer service.



The Successful Candidate will:

Administer and support systems and servers, primarily in a Windows environment.

Monitor daily operations and provide technical support for hardware and software.

Maintain security and auditing configurations for corporate applications.

Implement new installations, upgrades, and capacity planning for IT products and services.

Deliver timely and high-quality customer support.

Communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.



Qualifications

Post-secondary degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Current certifications in Microsoft, server administration, and security.

5-7 years of system administration experience in a corporate network environment.

Knowledge of LAN/WAN configuration, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, VM, Remote Access, and VPN.

Ability to work in a collaborative, supportive, team culture.
